NEOMECH Electromechanical LLC provides fire fighting system design support, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE. Our water-based fire protection solutions are suitable for villas, apartments, offices, warehouses, retail and commercial buildings, industrial facilities and fit-out projects.

A fire fighting system allows occupants and emergency responders to control a fire quickly and limit damage to people and property. The right arrangement depends on the building type, occupancy, hazard level, water supply and the requirements of the project and the relevant authorities.

Our Fire Fighting Services

Sprinkler Systems

Automatic sprinkler systems respond to heat at the source of a fire and help control its spread before it grows. We install sprinkler piping, sprinkler heads, control valves, flow switches and tamper switches, and connect them to the building's fire alarm system.

Fire Hydrant and Hose Reel Systems

Hydrant and hose reel systems give firefighters and trained occupants direct access to water. Our work includes landing valves, hose reel cabinets, fire hose cabinets, external and internal hydrant networks, and siamese (fire brigade) inlet connections.

Fire Pumps and Pump Rooms

The fire pump set keeps the system at the required pressure and flow. We install and service electric and diesel fire pumps, jockey pumps, pump controllers, pressure vessels, water tanks and associated pump room pipework and valves.

Fire Water Piping

We supply and install fire water mains and branch piping with the valves, supports and fittings needed for a reliable network, together with pressure testing and flushing before handover.

Portable Fire Extinguishers and Fire Cabinets

We supply, install, inspect and refill portable extinguishers, and install fire cabinets and hose cabinets in locations suited to the building layout and its hazards.

Testing, Inspection and Maintenance

Fire fighting systems must be ready to work at any moment. NEOMECH Electromechanical LLC carries out pressure and flow testing, commissioning, routine inspection, preventive maintenance and repair of fire fighting equipment. We also offer these services under an annual maintenance contract through our AMC services.
